Kung Fu, Tai Chi & Tea Ceremony
Join us on 1 February 2025 at Louvre Abu Dhabi for an inspiring afternoon in celebration of the Chinese New Year. Start with a dynamic Kung Fu session led by a skilled Shaolin instructor, igniting your energy and focus through this ancient martial art. Then, shift into a calming Tai Chi session, embracing gentle movements that restore balance and tranquillity. End the day with a tea ceremony, where an expert tea sommelier will serve soothing blends to help you relax and reflect. Open to all ages, this experience blends tradition, mindfulness and culture. It’s the perfect way to welcome the new year with harmony and peace.

Guidelines
• No matts will be provided but participants can bring their own.
• Participants should arrive at least 30 minutes before session start time.
• Participants to bring their own towel.
